We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and the applicable Hungarian laws. Changes to this notice take effect when they are published on this page.

- Providing the data is necessary for us to reply; without it we cannot answer your message.

The hosting provider stores all personal data you provide, for the purpose of making the website available and operating it properly, until the agreement between us and the hosting provider ends or until you request deletion from the hosting provider. Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(c) and (f), and Section 13/A(3) of Hungarian Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce services.
Cookies
The website uses cookies that are strictly necessary for its secure operation (protecting forms) and for the administrator login. It does not use advertising cookies. Statistical cookies (Google Analytics) are used only with your consent, see below.

Legal basis for the necessary cookies: Section 13/A(3) of Hungarian Act CVIII of 2001; no consent is required for cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you have requested. You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings, usually under Privacy.
Google Analytics (visitor statistics)
- Data processed: visit data (pages viewed, time, referring page, device and browser type, approximate location at country and city level) and a random identifier stored in your browser (_ga, _ga_<id> cookies). Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses.
- Purpose: measuring traffic and improving the website. We do not use it for advertising or profiling; advertising features are switched off.
- Legal basis: your consent, GDPR Article 6(1)(a). Without consent, Google Analytics is not loaded at all, so no data reaches Google. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
- Processor and transfer: Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Data may also be transferred to Google LLC (USA), which is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Retention: cookies stay in your browser for up to 2 years (you can delete them); Google Analytics keeps the data for 14 months and then deletes it automatically.
Displaying Google reviews
We display public reviews written about ForSolution Kft. on its Google Business Profile: the reviewer's name as shown on Google, a link to their profile, the star rating, and the text and date of the review. Source: Google (Google Places API), or data copied manually from the public reviews. The data is stored temporarily for up to 6 hours. Legal basis: our legitimate interest, GDPR Article 6(1)(f). At the reviewer's request we hide the review on the website without delay. Visitors' data is not sent to Google when the reviews are fetched, because the request is made by our server.
Client relationships
For people who contact us by phone, email or in person, or who have a contract with us, we process name, email address and phone number for communication, identification, contract performance and business purposes, until the relationship ends or, in the case of claims, for 5 years after the contract (Section 6:22 of the Hungarian Civil Code). Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (c). Emails and messages received through other channels are deleted at the latest 2 years after receipt.
Complaints handling
If you make a complaint about the quality of our services, we process your name, email address, phone number and billing name and address to identify you and handle the complaint. Records of complaints and our replies are kept for 5 years under Section 17/A(7) of Hungarian Act CLV of 1997 on consumer protection. Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(c).
Social media
If you follow, like or share our content on social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X and others), the processing takes place on that platform, under its own rules on retention, deletion and modification of data. Legal basis: your voluntary consent on the given platform.
Your rights
- Access: you can find out whether we process your personal data and receive a copy of it.
- Rectification: you can ask us to correct inaccurate data or complete incomplete data.
- Erasure: you can ask us to delete your data, where the conditions set out in the GDPR are met.
- Restriction: you can ask us to restrict processing, for example while the accuracy of the data is being checked.
- Data portability: you can receive the data you provided in a structured, machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller.
- Objection: you can object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to direct marketing at any time.
- Withdrawing consent: where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
- Automated decisions: we do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

We respond without undue delay and within one month at the latest; if necessary this can be extended by two further months, in which case we will tell you why within the first month.
Data security and breaches
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. If a personal data breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will inform you without undue delay, and we report breaches to the supervisory authority within 72 hours where required.
Right to lodge a complaint
